The developer is Satya, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm that is currently developing the Tiara on the Beach condominium in Galveston.
The St. Regis Residences, Houston, will rise on Asbury Place, just north of Buffalo Bayou and the blue-chip River Oaks neighborhood.
St. Regis is a brand affiliated with a luxury branch of the Marriott hotel organization. The condominium is the brand’s first, exclusive residential development in Texas.
The St. Regis Residences, Houston comes right of the heels of the Ritz Carlton Residences, Woodlands – another upscale hotel brand that is jumping into the condominium business in Houston.
