Personally, I envisioned a supertall that was going to be 1000’, however due to the close proximity of BOS, unless the FAA were to change the flight patterns within Downtown Boston, it’s just too much of a risk to place a 1000’ supertall in Downtown. It’s a nice project. I’d rather see such a supertall project in the Back Bay and maybe create another CBD in Lower Allston for such a building. One can dream.
