CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland’s hard, remote, heavily paved downtown lakefront could be more accessible, equitable and beautiful, according to the latest version of a master plan unveiled Friday for the area around North Coast Harbor and Browns Stadium.
Affordable fun, lush public spaces and a scaled-down Ohio 2 Shoreway are all part of an evolving vision spearheaded by Mayor Justin Bibb.
The newest plans, considered 60% complete, refine earlier ideas presented publicly in July, which were, in turn, rooted in public brainstorming sessions held in May.
