Tall structures in the centre of roundabouts

Which tall structures do you know in the centres of roundabouts?

I know these:
- Arc de Triomphe, Paris
- Victory Column, Berlin
- El Angel, Mexico City

Please do not post lamp poles, traffic light towers or trafic signs. All other structures are welcome!

Philadelphia's city hall is in the center of a roundabout with corners. Does that count?:haha:

I know of this one in Hollywood, FL called Presidential Circle Towers. Its about a 10 to 15 story office building in the middle of a traffic circle.

@thewatusi: Yes, although roundabouts are as the name says round.

Although not hugely tall, Indianapolis' monument circle stands as a large roundabout in the "center" of downtown. It is a great feature to Circle City.

Edmonton's circuses have tall growths of wood. I bet they don't count as they are not man made.
