this is located directly across the street from the village at stone oak. this project looks to be quite a monster of a deal. it's beautiful and not just big box bullshit.

Oops, ignore my question in the other thread.

My god, that looks to be a fantastic development. I think this has to be one of the best, if not the best, developments ever proposed for suburban San Antonio. Can someone post the renderings?

Stone Oak at 281 is going to make 281 at 1604 look like the bush leagues (in terms of retail) with Tacara, Village at Stone Oak and Park Place all going up at that intersection.

i concur sirking, i concur!! i liked the way that sounded so i had to say it... but you are right, and it really is probably one of the best ever designs for suburban SA. i haven't gotten to see what reflections looks like yet, but i am sure the design won't be too far different.

I know I asked for someone to post the renderings but you can just copy and paste the url, I thought print screen would be involved.

That is the Washington Mutual complex to give a point of reference.

I can't wait to see the renderings for Park Place.

What I find comical is how everyone opposed to tolling 281 from 1604 to Bulverde say tolling it will mean no development along side it. Yet developments keep coming like hurricanes in the summer.

I'm anxious to see renderings for The Reflections too.

i must say that is such a spectacular addition to the area. i live at bulverde road and 281 and i am very pleased that they are building something that is as urban and almost edgy for an area so far north. i agree with the tolling issue you raised as well... i just say get the damn road built and i'll be happy.

Very nice...I don't even want to think about the traffic problems though....This with Park Place...That area is gonna actually be "dense" for being so suburban....If its still going to be "suburban" by then...

I'm surprised this hasn't been talked about more.

I love the housing and how the parking garages are attached at the rear.

VERY nice development. I like the angular orientation of the internal streets.

It looks like there's a good sized buffer between 281 and the development, most likely because the most affected side of 281 when the toll lanes are added will be the west side (left going north).
