Unbelievable whats going on in that stretch.....
That Acme is gonna suck when they're done with all this. |
Wonderful project.
Handsome collection of buildings. great new public spaces. Great density. Impressive what's happening in Philly! |

TBH, Post Brothers is already replacing Liberties Walk. It can demolish this as well and build a tower in its place. |

it’s wild seeing new buildings peek out from every angle you can think of all along this stretch - and new ones show up every week. there is also a bunch of smaller mixed-use projects going south on 2nd from here which is going to make a huge difference. there were quite a few dead spots on this corridor (especially on the west side) that are now really filling in. Northern Liberties extended is turning into one of the very densest areas in the entire city and doesn’t seem to be slowing down. |

It's difficult to get pics of this project. Footprint is large and it's mostly hidden from the street. Some windows going in: https://i.imgur.com/e8Ln6Pl.jpg https://i.imgur.com/dFrcAGU.jpg |
What is that parking lot in the foreground of that last photo?

Does anyone think Trader Joes might setup shop in this part of town? So much new retail square footage in these projects and ~1500 units filled by likely middle to upper income people. Seems like a no brainer.
