Can anyone discern what's going on here? The permit was for a partial demolition, but it looks like they're taking the facade down in the rear brick by brick. I assumed this potion of the building was all being demoed.

I notice the zoning permit says it's allowed a max height of 315 ft, and that it has residential up through the 27th floor. I suppose they added a floor? The extra 20 feet would allow for that. If this is the case, then they made a slight redesign of the building then that we have yet to see.
