Between Chicago and Baltimore. I can not tell which is worse. Both have gone through issues with police relations in the past 12 months, but something has to give. These two cities have great history and neighborhoods and they are constantly over shadowed by gun deaths.

Baltimore is WAY worse than Chicago.

Columbus is at five homicides so far in 2016, and has had 14 homicides in the last 15 days. :(

Vancouver had a death last night involving a possible assault along the False Creek seawall near downtown, but it hasn't been classified as a murder yet.

San Francisco's rate was 6.1 per 100,000 for 2015, and San Jose had 28 murders, for a rate of 2.8

With these sort of figures from big cities, the yearly rate for the entire country is going to have to be very substantially higher even if, as I believe, smaller and rural areas show no increase but it will be next fall before the FBI releases its report.
