I like the way it may look at sunrise. We are getting another wall though. At least it's going to be a decent wall.

This is the first condo project we've seen downtown since Alteza, I believe. Interesting project, hopefully they'll start soon!

Need three checkbooks, from other people, as mine would probably be an overall drain. :)

Does look real nice though.

Looks like it goes for final approval on the 15th of this month. Woot!

It's been through the final approval! Construction starts this spring. :)

The 20th floor will apparently have a sky bar. :D

Since this building will be slightly out of the core of downtown buildings, I believe the tower will be highly visible!

So I got the price list. They went on sale yesterday and 5 have sold already.

Those condo and penthouses will have AWESOME views of downtown, primarily because of where the building is located.:tup:

Wish it was taller...what is the website to see the condos for sell?

There's always drama! But after reading the article, it seems like this is nothing that will bring the tower crashing down! The timeline still stands, as well. Only time will tell. But, I'm confident it will get built!:cheers:

I think one of the most interesting and exciting things about this project (if it is still included in the plans) is the automated parking garage. I've used one of these in NYC and it was so fascinating. If I'm correct, this would be the first of its kind in Texas.

No, the last i passed by they haven't even put up a gate.

Is there any updates on this project? It is still happening, correct?

Last we heard, they were waiting on a project manager. Nothing has been announced to my knowledge.
