I like the way it may look at sunrise. We are getting another wall though. At least it's going to be a decent wall.

Does look real nice though. |
Looks like it goes for final approval on the 15th of this month. Woot!
|
It's been through the final approval! Construction starts this spring. :)
The 20th floor will apparently have a sky bar. :D https://therivardreport.com/luxury-h...he-river-walk/ |
Since this building will be slightly out of the core of downtown buildings, I believe the tower will be highly visible!
Great news that it has passed final approval! |
So I got the price list. They went on sale yesterday and 5 have sold already.

Those condo and penthouses will have AWESOME views of downtown, primarily because of where the building is located. |
Wish it was taller...what is the website to see the condos for sell?
|
Please let this happen...
General contractor from Houston backs out of project. Project still a go hopefully....:uhh:

There's always drama! But after reading the article, it seems like this is nothing that will bring the tower crashing down! The timeline still stands, as well. Only time will tell. But, I'm confident it will get built! |
I think one of the most interesting and exciting things about this project (if it is still included in the plans) is the automated parking garage. I've used one of these in NYC and it was so fascinating. If I'm correct, this would be the first of its kind in Texas.
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm thinking of the JWJ Tower |
Looks like the listings are starting to go up. Who's buying this one??

Extraordinary Condo at The Arts Residences
I hope this means the project is still a go and moving to construction!
From the San Antonio Business Journal This was listed Wednesday as the "Home of the Day" $3,295,005 4 bedrooms 4 full / 1 half bathrooms 4,483 sq ft Living above the Thompson San Antonio Hotel in the Arts District certainly comes with privileges: 24/7 concierge, 24-hour room service, a pool overlooking the river with cabanas and a bar, valet parking, assigned parking option, a spa, and a workout facility. This luxe condo will also share an address with the hotel's soon-to-be-announced new restaurant, which will have a world-renowned chef leading the kitchen. Your own kitchen will be pretty impressive by itself though, with Italian Pedini cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances rounding out a lengthy list of top-of-the-line features. |
Long time reader of the forums, but first time posting. I came across this article a little while ago (while looking for info on the JMJ Tower ironcially). Looks like this project will be moving forward soon. Which is good news, I really like the design.
