^ resurrecting this thread is going to give people the false idea that there's still life to the waterview tower project. there's not. it's dead and gone.

a better option would be to create a new thread dedicated to what may eventually happen to the 30-odd story concrete hulk that currently exists on the site of the formerly proposed waterview tower project. that way people could have a place to post news and opinions about the concrete hulk without confusing people as to the DOA status of the waterview tower proposal.
