Has Trump signed on any retail tenants yet? I don't recall seeing any announcements.

I heard somewhere that a bar and a cafe were supposed to open up there this year. I don't know what he is waiting for... Its really excellent space and there is already a lot of traffic even though nothing is open.

^^^ Ohhhhh I get it now, its a Coi pond! Haha, I was wondering what they were thinking with that water feature. I was like "Well this is the lamest fountain ever." When I saw it this spring. It actually looks quite nice with some vegetation in it. The black really makes the plants stand out.

I believe so. This is an opening for the BMU. If they were going to do something different with it they would have a long time ago. This tower is done.
