Multiple properties located near Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino have been targeted by the city of Niagara Falls for redevelopment purposes. Niagara Falls is seeking proposals for the parcels — located at Niagara and Seventh streets and just across from the casino campus. The properties include three early 1900s-era Niagara Street buildings that not only housed apartments but also some small retail tenants like a now-closed convenience store. - Buffalo Business First |
