^ C'mon, cold, you know that the definition of "under construction" is different in this section. See the first post in this thread (also, incidentally, that is the thread where you are supposed to request threads be moved to construction if they are indeed U/C).

Anyway, under the definition there, Symphony does not yet qualify as they are still only preparing for excavation:

I take issue with their definition of u/c... this is most definitely U/C.

Agreed. The easiest thing to do is just wait it out a bit. Won't be long until there is a crane base and some concrete.
