Agree . :uhh:

But the building is going to have a triangular shape ??

avcellvs Nov 22, 2004 2:15 PM

It's KPF fourth building under construction in Shanghai and the third in Lujiazui.

This building might be more intresting than it looks on the renderings. It looks like it will have a nice skin, soft angles and sligtly curved facades. The top is quite unusual. Let's wait and see.

Fantastic location!!!

I thought so but in fact in looks more like a square plan with slightly convex facades. This building is quite subtle, it deserves more than a quick glance. See the change of rythm induced by the three last floors height variation too.

On the renderings, its skin looks very "glassy", like if the whole building was under a glass bell forming a second glass skin, which seems to be the case for its top structure. Once again let's give it a chance.

Nice shot with the sunset and all. Looks like there's a nice little grouping forming right there.

Chad Sep 30, 2005 1:14 AM

Will it be taller than Te Shangri La?

avcellvs Sep 30, 2005 7:54 AM

Unfortunatly not. The four towers in this block nearly have the same 180 meters height.
