ST. LOUIS | 4643 Lindell | 12 Floors
The Opus Group-St. Louis, a branch of The Opus Group based in Minneapolis, is proposing a 12-story, 217-unit tower for a prominent corner in the Central West End. The development will have ground-level commercial spaces.
The new residential tower will be about two blocks north of the new low-rise City Walk/Whole Foods and about 10 blocks away from a proposed IKEA in St. Louis' Central Corridor. Unofficially called Lindell Residences, the 12-story tower is one of four 12-stories buildings under construction in the Central West End/Medical Center corridor. A fifth 12-story tower could break ground next year.
Four of the building will be medical facilities, while this one, of course, is residential. It will add to the wall of vintage and modern towers/mid-rises along the north side of Lindell Blvd. https://farm1.staticflickr.com/762/2...86c17cf8_h.jpg Bank of America on Lindell by Paul Sableman, on Flickr https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5803/...a90e5b15_h.jpg Opus Construction by Paul Sableman, on Flickr https://farm1.staticflickr.com/570/2...e1f8b67f_h.jpg Lindell Blvd by Paul Sableman, on Flickr |

This is a creeper - slowly rising.
It is slowly rising because at only 12-stories this building is going to be a big boy. Photo by Jambo @ urbanstl.com http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/k...psexjsnng3.jpg |
