Though rough and not to scale, one day a treelined Broadway and developed Pearl district may appear like this.

And our great grand children will see Broadway as this!

How about changing the header to "188 & 117 Feet" and "10 & 6 Floors?"

Where did you find those heights? Have any elevations been released for these?

I pulled them from your post #43 in this thread. I thought those would be ok to use.

Oh, ok. Derr. I got confused because of the name change. I was still going by the address for these.

Bank of America Corp. will move a majority of its San Antonio employees to Broadway Street adjacent to Pearl in the next couple of years.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) is taking a two-and-a-half floor lease at Silver Ventures' six-story office building under construction at Broadway and Grayson streets.

The new office will house employees from the company's offices at 200 Concord Plaza Drive and 300 Convent St. The employees will come from business banking, consumer banking, home loans, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Middle Market and U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management offices. The company’s military banking overseas division will remain at 300 Convent St., as will the Merrill Lynch office at La Cantera.

We're gonna need that trackless train asap for this area.

Good news there are more corporate tenants moving in!

That picture doesn’t do justice to how large the construction site is and how deep they’ve gone with the underground parking.

The amount of excavation is what really impressed me this spring - the entire site was dug down over 15 feet, with a portion over 25 ft (below street level).

An amendment request was filed with the city for the site plan for modifications to the roof of both buildings where they would be adding solar panels attached to a trellis above the mechanical penthouse.

The amended site plan includes new building renderings and elevations showing the modifications versus the old design without the trellis and solar panels. It looks like they removed the cupola that had been above the main roof of the taller building.

That cupola added about 7 feet to the building's height in the original design for a total of 188 feet. From what I can tell from what I've measured, it looks like it's lost 2 feet. The floor count is the same. The modifications were only on the roof, although, they did mention doing something with the entrance.
