University House in Midtown is a 19 story student housing tower rising near Tech Square

I wonder how the interiors look? NJIT in Newark,NJ recently build a housing complex for students that looks somewhat similar to this. The downside is that while it looks great from the exterior, the interior looks like a housing project. Almost like a jail.

Yeah the developers haven't been too specific with what the interiors will look like but i've heard mentions of granite counter tops and other amenities. I know there's supposedly a pool, fitness center, study rooms, and balconies.
