There appears to finally be some activity on the site of 186 Jarvis. There is machinery on site and i'm assuming they're getting ready to begin shoring work.

Also the building will be 30 floors, not 23, and will accommodate up to 593 students.

wasn't expecting that height increase!! This area is gentrifying.
