Heading to HK, where what.

Heading to HK next week for a week staying in Kowloon, what's not to miss and any local tips for pubs, food, rooftop bars etc?

Thanks in advance

Fantastic city thus far, although the humidity really gets to you and those pesky civil liberty people are making it hard to get around.

Anything in particular you're looking for?

Some good rooftop bars:
Ozone at the Ritz Carlton
Aqua Spirit
Eyebar

HK has tons of good eats -- depending on cuisine you want and your budget. Lot's of restaurants in Soho district above Central, Star Street in Admiralty (try the Yakiniku restaurant there) or in Causeway Bay.

The usual tourist stuff is always good ie Peak Tram, Star Ferry, Stanley, Ngong Ping cable car. Take a day trip to Macau (Fernando's restaurant there is one of my favorites). Ride one of the ferries to the outlying islands like Lamma or Cheung Chau.

And yes, lots of pro-democracy protests going on at the moment disrupting traffic.

Thanks!

Done much of that list already.

Have you done Symphony of Lights yet? It's kinda hilarious (as it seems so out of date).

If you like crazy hot food, try some Shelter Bay Crab.

Also another interesting thing to do is check out some nearby fishing villages. Lei Yue Mun, on the Kowloon side is actually adjacent to the city and not difficult to get to via Subway
