Construction is underway at Kairos Development's new luxury high rise located in "the living room of Atlanta" just south of Peachtree Battle. The high rise will consist of 71 exclusive condominiums priced from the $400,000s, with penthouses priced from the $900,000s.

The base of the crane has already been installed, and the top part of the crane will be installed mid June. Concrete and steel should be rising above the street by late summer. It is designed by the world-renowned Copper Carry design team, and is a unique building with traditional floor plans.
