ROCHESTER, MN | Bloom Waterfront | 360 & 272 FT | 26 & 22 FLOORS

Two tower development proposed for Rochester, MN.

UAE based Bloom Realty development for the Rochester Riverfront include two towers with condos, apartments, hotels, and office space. Diagram shows the right tower at 24 floors and the left tower at 23 floors. Bloom hopes to submit the whole proposal to the Rochester city council by the end of 2016. I don't know what the official name is right now so the name is a placeholder until someone can get the official name.

Minneapolis's developers are just plain cheap and/or too conservative to go much above 20-25 floors.....SAD!

This project is awesome. Rochester has a pretty decent downtown for a city of its size. I lived there for 8 years.

'Home run' development on horizon for Rochester's riverfront

Tallest tower is 28 floors and about 360 ft. Shorter tower is 22 floors and about 272 ft.
