i can't find a rendering for the redevelopemnt plan, but i think it's slated for two 4 story buildings with 12 units each.

Finally! That building is terrible

woah I had no idea this was even being replaced! I though I heard within the last couple of months that a new restaurant was moving in and had written it off... this a great surprise.

I read recently that the new alderman is going to try and turn this stretch of Lincoln into a sort of arts district, interested to see if that comes to fruition because this does feel like a strange no mans land right now.

I saw a small child on a bike riding ahead of her mom almost get creamed by a box truck pulling out of here this summer. Good riddance to the f-ing curb cut!

Not to burst your bubble but this plan calls for a parking lot for the condos along Winnemac. You can thank FORMER Alderman O'Connor for that.

I'm not sure where to post this so feel free to move it but I fly in and out of O'Hare a few times a week and I can't remember a sky this gorgeous before. Thought I'd share.
