Update from the Kiev forums.

Holy hell, that Kiev development is spactacular, wow Im blown away. What is that? A restoration of a blown up part of the city or something? I need to know more.

It's all brand new and still under construction, hence why the photos are devoid of street life. I'm uncertain of the expected completion date but as of last year it was approximately 60% complete.
