Demolition is underway at the site.

A rendering to give it perspective, thanks to foxmccleod:

Wow! That second rendering is a spactacular one!

It will be in an awesome location! Right to the current southern tip of the Midtown skyline.

Also, great to see that there site prep is in progress and something is going on. This one will be just one step behind Viewpoint.

Go on, tack on two more feet so you can get the building listed in the World almanac.

I can't wait 'til the website for this is up so we can see what it'll really look like.

Since when did Peachtree become a two-lane road? :haha:

HAHA. I never noticed that.

Check the video. It gives you a great perspective of how this building will be when its done.

Great shot, Joe -- and thanks! You have access to some great vantage points all over town, and I am grateful to you for sharing them with the rest of us. Please keep 'em coming...

Nice video! I love the way it curves following the street.

Awesome shot!

I guess I should have posted these model pics here.

This building is what I like to see going up in cities like Atlanta. So many great small and extra large projects but a dearth those in the middle. Great design too.

That model puts a new spin on the building, and makes it look much better than the original rendering. I think it's gonna be a great addition to the Midtown skyline especailly considering the amount of groung level retail, and how it interacts with the street.

Great pic, Joe.

Yea doesnt it look like it follows the flow of the street when looking southbound towards midtown, like in the second rendering on this page. It fills in the area perfectly, nice...

I like how the base is done. Street level is very pedestrian-friendly, and that podium garden/pool is great too. I wouldn't mind living in that building (besides, I would probably be guaranteed a balcony in any apartment).

A-town Jan 11, 2007 7:36 AM

ATLksuGut I noticed that, and I think that's gonna be one of the main selling points of this building.
