Some some quick gif I made using image above and rendering. Its really coming along. One of those under the radar projects. Seems like some projects are starting to get lost in the skyline. That's a good thing. When a city is starting to get bulky enough for towers to not stand out so "obviously". Same effect is starting to occur in DoBro, and if it keeps up, LIC.

Can see Park Lane behind Ellipse in JC.

Also to the far right, background, Phase 1 of J Squared. More to follow as 2 more towers will rise in that location for the complex. If the photo panned more to the left, we'd see URL Phase 1; similarly, 2 more towers will rise in that location, all 650+ ft.
