There are so few active residential developments happening in the exchange/downtown. Sad how little is being done. Downtown really needs some more investment. Hopefully a high proportion of the HAF funds are for improving downtown

We walk by there frequently and have been curious what it would become. You can see through the door now, and they have changed it quite dramatically.
So happy it is being repurposed again and not torn down! I also like they still reference the firehall in new name. Any links to the new place? |
