KUALA LUMPUR: Platinum Victory Property Sdn Bhd has embarked on a 2ha mixed development in Jalan Sultan Ismail with an estimated gross development value of RM2.5 billion.
Known as the Platinum Victory Face Project, it will be developed over three phases. The first will be a 51-storey luxury SoHo (small office home office) tower with a gross development value of RM1 billion.
The SoHo tower known as Platinum Suites will offer 733 fully-furnished units in 13 different layouts, said Platinum Victory Property director Tan Ay Yong. Units range between 850 and 1,500 sq ft and are priced between RM1 million and RM2.1 million.
Each unit comes equipped with high-end luxury furnishing and household appliances from beds to bookshelves and air-conditioning to microwave ovens. There will also be a recreational area on the rooftop.
“Owners can do away with the hassle of transferring cumbersome furnishings and simply breeze into a ready unit. Investors too can save precious time and trouble sourcing for furnishings and appliances,” he said.
“Platinum Suites is designed to encourage interaction between residents and the world outside. We want to create a successful, thriving community in the heart of Kuala Lumpur,” Tan added.
Phases two and three of the Face Project will feature fully-furnished serviced apartments and an office-cum-high-end hotel.
Located on a freehold commercial plot in Jalan Sultan Ismail adjacent to Renaissance Hotel, Platinum Suites is within walking distance to shopping malls and the KLCC area as well as the LRT and monorail.
The developer’s show gallery at the Platinum Suites site is the venue for the crowning of the Miss Prestige subsidiary title of the Chinese Cosmos Southeast Asia Pageant 2011 tomorrow evening. Platinum Victory Group is one of the presenters of the 2011 pageant and the Miss Prestige title. Some 22 finalists from six countries in the region — Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines will be judged in a series of aptitude and oratory skill tests.
The crowning ceremony of Miss Prestige at the show gallery will also mark the group’s collaboration with White Fairy Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian franchisee of the Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant, a Hong Kong-based programme organised by Phoenix Satellite Television, which airs in Hong Kong and China.
In conjunction with the crowning ceremony, the Platinum Suites will be unveiled and introduced to invited guests.
Platinum Victory Group has since 1996 delivered approximately 4,500 units of condominiums, shops and offices across Sentul, Taman Melati Utama and Setapak in the Klang Valley valued at around RM2 billion.
