The glass cladding of the Bulletin Building is complete.

nice

Not sure if it means anything, but I noticed the billboard here was changed from the quirky ad-campaign stuff (can you say/spell Schuylkill??) to more directly, "NOW LEASING!" A recent occurrence.

It's not blue glass. It's special glass that has some kind of etching embedded. You can somewhat tell from the gallery section of the following website: https://schuylkillyards.com/lease-sp...-market-street And, the exoskeleton should me it pop and unique. |

They’re testing the LED ticker on the Bulletin Building. It’s super bright!

Oh wow I never even noticed the ticker in the render. I totally missed that.

when this was the home of the Evening Bulletin there was a ticker on the building. I sortof remember it being on the corner. I'm sure there is a photo of it somewhere floating around------In the Bulletin days it was a news/weather/time ticker, I'm sortof afraid of how Drexel might use it.

When does Drexel /Brandywine drop some coin to get 30th Street Station renamed Schuylkill Yards Station?
|
Quote:
1) SEPTA does not own 30th Street 2) 30th Street is much more widely known and utilized than, say, University City 3) There is likely plenty of litigation preventing any further name change after it was 'officially' renamed to "William H Gray III 30th St Station." |
^
Curious if it is possible, because the 30th St Station for Amtrak was renamed like you said. But the Septa 30th Street Station "stop" could happen with a name change. They are both mutually exclusive, no? |

^^^ seems like a good idea to me. Didn't they just rename university city station to penn medicine station?
