Midtown 8 would be Wood Partners' fourth development in Miami, joining Alta Mira, JOYA, and Red Road Commons, per their website.

A 519 parking space garage is also planned. Renderings appear to show open-air bridges from the apartment building to the garage, on at least six levels.

Wood Partners of Atlanta is the developer, with Stantec’s Miami office the architect.
