That's a great shot! The textures and building line up is awesome.

The OHP has posted some good shots of the construction site on their facebook page:

Site plan with elevations.

https://sanantonio.legistar.com/Legi...|Text|&Search=

94 feet 4 inches to the roof parapet.

82 feet 10 inches to the main roof.

73 feet 6 inches to the highest occupied (8th floor)

Those are the heights from the street level. The riverwalk level is 16 feet below street grade, so those heights would be 16 feet higher than the numbers above.

I found this one, too that shows some more drawings.

uff, obviously development is better than nothing, and this was built on a neglected block, and from what I've seen, it interacts well with the river, but that design is beyond mundane and just oh so very suburban. All it's missing is a huge surface parking lot and an IHOP in front of it.

Not a fan at all. Like mentioned just looks cheap and out of place. Goes well with the awful looking Embassy Suites down the way though.

Hopefully this is one of the last "modern" developments that always seem to throw in that caca brown on downtown San Antonio buildings.

This comment makes very little sense. There is no brown color in the way you described.

Caca comes in many shades. This one is corny.

Except he used the word brown.

I dont see a rendering on the thread, but is this the one that was somewhat plain street level, but really cool river level?

Here's a quick view of the site from the riverwalk level. Taken on 11/7/18
