Some updates:

Here is a pic of the green-glass West America Bank building. I'm not exactly sure how tall it is to the roof, but from this pic it looks to be about 275 ft. The front has a nice curved shape to it.

Hey thanx Taylor. The drawing looks great.

Here's a new proposal that was announced about a month ago.
Currently named 'The Towers at 301 Capitol Mall'.
-twin towers of 52 stories
-597', or 182 meters each
-10 story podium
-hotel/condo mix
-construction to start summer '05 (if it gets through the city fast enough)

Could someone please do at least one of these buildings. West America has been built for 20+ years!

And the new tallest (shown above) will start construction this summer.

Also, could someone re-draw 621 Capitol Mall. Here's a link to the website (it's all flash).

Sorry to ask for so much at one time, but the thread has been going forever.

^ I have a question about the Towers- I noticed in the Sacramento diagram that "The Towers on Capitol Mall" is listed with only 1 entry (like it's only 1 building). Instead of doing just one drawing for this whole project, shouldn't it be broken out between tower 1 and tower 2 since they are distinctly separate buildings? Skyscrapers.com even has it listed as two separate towers. Not sure if a moderator would know the answer to this?

I noticed that in the diagrams for cities like Miami and San Diego where we're seeing a lot of the twin tower condo projects going up that they are all broken out between tower 1 and 2 each with their own drawing, so shouldn't that be the case with this project also? Just a thought.

ltsmotorsport
Jun 22, 2005, 5:27 PM
I think they should remain as one becuase they are two towers that are part of one building. Like the old twin towers in NY were seperate, but these condos in sac share 10 stories of the 53 total.

Thanks for the drawings Pandemonius. BTW your not alone in your opinion of Epic. I think the final design will be more refined just as Aura's has evolved.
