I just checked on my map. When was the last time you were there?
Seems to be a brand name restaurant but no specific label. Built, paved and almost done.
The old house next door (where they sold motorized mini bike) is boarded up.
By the look of the outline maybe another Boston Pizza.
Should do well with the new Fire Hall and Academy just down the road.

I admit it's been a few years since I've been that way, as my ex-girlfriend worked at the Metro there but from what I could remember it was a huge field bordering on some sort of municipal works yard. There was also a house with a yard full of turkeys or something. This was years ago though, I wouldn't be surprised that the big box developers have moved in.
