How did this one sneak by for so long?

This one had a proposal up on the HRM Planning website for ages, it was part of the original plan for the subdivision which is now nearly 20 years old. I had checked it a few weeks ago, but didn't notice anything, it was at night. But it should be a decent one to watch.

Waterton II... I still can't believe its under construction after all the documentation issues, local councillor backlash, and UG/GH issues.

Thanks kph06

Overall it looks pretty good, especially for suburban standards. I'm not a fan of the fake roof peaks that a lot of buildings have been doing lately but it's a lot better than the ugly green roofs like the one next door.

I especially like the bicycle lane sign! Those things make almost anywheres look better

Looks like crap to be completely honest.

Most bicycle lanes and their signage usually are.

I hear that the HRM clowns are about to install one on the east side of Hollis St. That will make that street even less navigable than it currently is. Absurd.

You know those of us who aren't slaves to vehicle ownership like to have other methods and safe options of getting around, too :cheers:
