Alright, I'm currently aware of the following projects that are in some state of "happening"
1. Renaissance phase 2 building
2. Shoppers Drug-mart building
3. Fanshawe Campus on Dundas
4. YOU apartments/services renovation.
Is there anything else happening in the core right now? opening or building? I know there's big plans for a city hall, Western Campus, yadda yadda, but that's all in the dream stage right now.
So what else is going on down town right now?
