Seems to be another larger apartment ready to go up on Cobequid road by the bus stop. Looks to be about 4 or 5 floors and seems to be bigger than the rest. Again done in siding :(

Its not exactly on Cobequid Rd but its at the foot of it by Sackville Drive and next to Cobequid Terminal.

EDIT: Naturally I didn't read the "is ready to go up" part of your post. I drive through the area a lot so I might get a look to see if theres something around there.

No its closer to the bus station. There is a billboard for it by there. It's an L Shape one.

If so that signs been up for years and since the number on the sign matches the number on the building behind I have a feeling the sign was for the building behind (built 2 years ago if memory serves) and was just never taken down.

Ohh haha. Well yeah. I just drove by in a taxi late at night and I never noticed it before. Topic closed. :P

Hahaha, It is the building behind the sign because it fooled me once too. Can't blame anyone but the owners of the sign for leaving it up almost 2 years later.

One odd thing I noticed today is theres an excavator parked way back in the grassy area where there a no buildings for some reason.

Also the picture on the sign shows an L shape the one behind it is just a normal line boring ass one.

Yah I was through the area today. It looks like another cheap Sackville apartment building in the works.

At least the one down the street on Old Sackville Drive looks good for the area. :)
