Great photos. The Beltline is so shiny and modern. The different streetfronts are giving it a quirky vibe, especially around Colours. I love the ugly suburban looking condominium contrasting against the beautiful glass condos.

Nice pics. This round of developments are a good start to the reinvention of this neighbourhood. Obviously still a lot of holes to fill though. A few design elements I think could use some improvement including better podium design - less contrast to the tower above (kill stampitecture) and taller podium heights than 1-2 storeys. I'd like to see more designs like Waterfront in the Beltline, with a nice urban street wall - and better relationship between the podium and tower. I know I've said it about a million times before, but East Beltline needs a park!!!!

Also, these utility poles have no place anymore. Time to bury them once and for all - they're such an eyesore in Vic Park!

Great pictures man~
I love how the beltline is turning out with all these wonderful projects rising up.
Keynote is really soaring as I swear it was only like 2 months ago when it just started climbing above podium level. Now this thing and Nuera which has also been pacing are like at identical levels. Amazing!

I'm loving the way that keynote is turning out. Wasn't sure about this project initially but the glazing looks great.

Great pics Bigtime! Thx for sharing, the Findlay Apartments sign in the concrete is really cool. I don't remember having seen it before.

EDIT: Hey, is the low-rise in Mission under the massive orange tarp La Rive? I didn't know they were that far along. I want to see how all the green is going to look. I haven't been too optimistic thus far but we'll see.

Yes that is La Rive, coming along pretty quick.

Great shots bigtime. My neigborhood is looking better all the time.

Wooster, I couldn't agree more, those poles are very unsightly.
