Brigil has unveiled new plans for Phase 5 of Petrie's Landing. It appears to be a retirement residence, and is being marketed as "Petrie's Landing VIP Resort". Based on the rendering, it appears to be 15 floors in height. Oh, and the tennis court is gone too.
