Sandy, I was just going to say that shot from the Cambie Street bridge is wonderful. All of the photos are great, but that one in particular is my favorite.

Vancouver certainly is a stunning city. It's no surprise it consistently ranks near or at the top of numerous "most livable cities" lists. :)

Thanks again everyone for the comments. The thread doesn't really have a theme, but is just a few photos from various locations over the year. I noticed that I should try to keep my picture sizes more regular in future. There are so many aspects of the city that I missed, but I'm glad people like it.

That is the Vancouver Public Library (1995), it has a 21 storey tower, and was the result of a public design competition. This is the design the public voted for !

Thanks - it's an attempt at a fake HDR shot; the sky in the original was very washed out.
