Very nice, Alta looks great. I love the white, I'm so happy its not brown. Too bad its not taller, but still, downtown desperately needs more rentals, so Im happy.

Does anyone else wonder how Circles stays in business? With the advent of mass discounters (i.e. best buy) and digital music, I find it hard to believe that this place is raking in the cash. I go by this place fairly frequently and I rarely see any customers inside. The Phoenix New Times publishes a top 10 album sales list based on results from Circles. Something tells me that if I buy a random CD there tomorrow, it has a good chance to show up at #10 on next week's list.

Either the owners of this place have an abundance of wealth or they are banking on the potential of more ASU students moving in.

I'm not complaining. Even though I haven't purchased a single CD at Circles (or anywhere else in the past 7 years), I like it and I'm glad it survived. I'm just dying to know how.

Joel...awesome photos. Alta is damn sexy...gives DT PHX some much needed mid-rise density.
