Dewa projects which won the priced land at
Marinedrive through bidding has announed
plan for a Tech park, Mall, residential a 5 star
and a 4 star hotels at its 3.2 million sqft township.
The construction of residential buildings has been
tendered and is set to start.

the residential township. The notional highrises to the
left of the hotel towers is Prestige Neptune's Courtyard
apartment complex.

township at Kakkanad with a built up area
close to 900,000 sq ft.
It has a 36 storey twin tower of 540,000 sq ft
and a commercial complex of 340,000 sq ft
with a Hotel and a Mall cum Multiplex.

Nitesh Kakkanad project Wimbledon Garden has 600 residential apartment units on 4 blocks each with 30 floors
of about one million sq ft built up space.
There is IT space with more than 500,000 sq ft and retail space above 100,000 sq ft in additon to this.

I am only copying from there and compiling here.

Heera Global city phase-I will have 464 apartment units.

A 9 million sq ft township with residential, office and commercial complexes
and a Marina. (Details awaited)
The project is confirmed. It is awaiting the clearance from the High-power
committee, Govt of Kerala for big investments. The project cost run into over $1 billon.
