Good internet cafes downtown?

Can anyone reccomend a good internet cafe in downtown Halifax?
Preferably some place where they won't mind if my friend and I laugh our butts off at hilarious Youtube videos.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this, I figured you guys would know of a place.

My fav place is called Ristretto. It in Bishops Landing. Really nice, and reasonably priced, and the internet is free. Also the Smiling Goat in the Paramount is quite nice.
