Developer Joe Metledge and HRM by Design

The Chronicle Herald business section today mentions developer Joe Metledge, who also spoke at the most recent HRM by Design presentation. I've goolged him and his company (Jono Developments Ltd) without success. Anybody know what places that he has built so far?(he's just 25 years old).

I remember hearing about some of his developments, but I can't recall what they were. I don't think they were anything amazing, but on the better side as far as Halifax goes at least. I do have a lot of respect for this man though, he sure has a way of talking to an audience and getting his points across.
