Technically this should be under the proposals thread, but seeing how it is going to start construction next week it might as well be put in the construction thread instead. The Pinnacle on Main is a highrise that will be 240 feet tall when completed. It will consist of 15 floors and be built in downtown Greenville. The Pinnacle will be the first LEED-Gold certified highrise in the state of South Carolina. Here are some renderings and a pic of the site taken recently:

thats a nice building for such a small city, but i guess the metro is around 600k.
i like how they tried to make it old looking although in the render the green roof looks kinda bad, itll probably look better when its finished though.

do you have any skyline pics so we could see what it will look like in the big picture?

I dont particularly like it but Im all for new highrises in Downtown Greenville so its good to see it finally starting.
