The second floor of that building on Cannon is going up. I think this is supposed to house an asian market.
That's cool, I thought it was gonna be a one floor and look like a strip mall.

I assume the current building isn't part of that, cause it sure doesn't look anything like the rendering...

I don't think the building will look anything like that rendering.

at least it's two friggin floors.
What's going on the 2nd floor?
Apts or Offices?
It seems as though it's going to be better than the original rendering!? Hmm... we'll have to wait n see.

My Vietnamese friend said the 2nd floor will mostly be like doctor's office and things like acupuncture.

they've begun to put up the facade on the building. it's stone around the base. we'll see if they continue with that or switch to brick.

the new rendering is posted out front. gotta say, it's lookin' pretty damned good. i'll try to get a photo sometime soon.

hahaha has it changed your mind, yet? hehe
Ya, I'm sure the stone will prolly go up about 3'-4' with as a decorative trim. Then either brick or stucco to the top of the structure. That seems to be the trend now-a-days. Look at Homewood Suites.

yup...looks like stucco above the stone on the rendering.
still, the new rendering is WAY better than that original one.

the western side of this building has been finished in grey stucco. looks decent. kind of a bad time of year to be doing that sort of work.

stucco always looks bad....its decent, I guess. ugly regardless of the colour they chose.
