Wow, an extensive development. This is just W of La Cantera? Isnt there already a Costco in in this area, along I-10?

There’s also going to be a Costco at the Alamo Ranch Marketplace at 1604 and Culebra.

I think I saw a rendering at another board, surprisingly, I think it was a San Antonio Spurs board, I will see if I can find it and post it.

I did a quick add up and there will be 2.6 million square feet of retail going up. That puts to shame The Rim. The amount of retail going up is borderline insane.

I heard developers were planning on building a Wal-Mart at the big 1604 and Kyle-Seale location. Looks like Helotes won the battle but lost the war.

Any idea who owns this land and if they still plan a commercial development?

These site plans are from 2004 and I doubt most of the listed retailers would still build here. Now that UTSA received approval to begin construction on the athletics park the owners may be encouraged to move faster?
