Thought it was only 12 and up, though it should be 25 and up if you ask me.

It's 12+ as it has always been. 25+ might be better reserved for a skyscraper, which doesn't have any real 'height' associated with it.

Some nice projects here along with some that are beyond hideous.

NUVO 1 & 2 are giving me a headache as is that EQ2 monstrosity.

Verve does that for me. It looks so out of place, and so suburban. I wish Tridel and Monarch would stick to the 905 where people have no sense of style when it comes to architecture.
