The first A380's to touch down in North America will be at Montreal's Dorval International Airport. When, i'd guess in 2009 approx.?

I think it'll be Los Angeles or Washington, DC where the first A-380 will touch down on American soil.

Whenever it gets completed, I guess. It appears that they're constructing specialized gates at LAX's Terminal 3 to accommodate for its size.

LAX may be the first to see it here due to their large amount of Asian flights each day. Perhaps NYC's airports will see one soon as well, but they have already been to Canada, so that should count here. Vancouver has already seen it!

Didn't the A380 touch down at YVR in November or December last year? :)

LAX is one of the first "impacted' airports for the A380, that I know. LA World Airports thinks it will be, in fact, the first place for commercial use of the plane. SIA is first to get the plane and LAX-SIA is a biggie route for them, as it is for MAS, also on the A380 list (LAX-KUL is their most profitable route).

Yes, and it was also in Iqaluit before that for cold weather testing back in early 2006.
