taco bell is disgusting. if you want a good burrito, go to the taqueria maya at st. laurent and maguire in mile end. they're cheap, tasty and all the ingredients are fresh, fresh (the tortillas are the best in montreal, too).

if you want good churros, go to churros montreal at st. hubert and faillon in villeray. big, crispy and full of delicious dulce de leche.

there's no excuse for going to taco bell!

Le pire c'est que j'avais aimé ça en 1995-1996 (voyage aux fêtes) avec ma soeur (elle 16 moi 24) lors de notre tournée N-A. On était descendus jusqu'à Key West au Sud de la Floride en bagnole, remontés par le Midwest en passant d'abord par New Orleans et Dallas.

Taco Bell, avec nous les dormeux dans le char et hôtels temps en temps pour nous laver... Taco Bell et Burger KinK, c'était notre budget et ça nous faisait continuer notre follerie.

Retour à Montréal... 14 jours et 14 500 km plus tard... c'est encore notre plus beau voyage à vie. On en a encore parlé.

Taco Bell in Canada is sh!t. It takes 4hrs for them to make 1 taco. Go to a Taco Bell in Cali, and that same order + 10 tacos will take you about 14 seconds! And it's just not as good in Canada.

The biggest diff though, since Taco Bell's in Canada are part of KFC, they have those chilly cheese fries. Oh yes, it's a mexican poutine. I had my fair share when I lived out west.

Taco Bell is no better or worse than any of the other ten million fast food joints around, but in my experience I prefer the menu in the American Taco Bells. They have products that are actually more similar to real Mexican food.

Try Swiss Chalet. It has the same watery, greasy hormone fed chicken dried in front of a heat source, with a mystery orange sauce on the side.:)

tant qu'à y aller dans les chaînes US, j'aimerais mieux un Dennis ou un Friendly's .. franchement, allez aux métros Beaubien et Jean-Talon et vous trouverez des bouibouis mexicains ou chiliens ou salvadoriens tellement meilleurs que ce genre de McGringos.

c'est bizarre, le mur que les Républicains construisent à la frontière mexicaine empêche les personnes de traverser, mais pas la marde.

bonne chose j'avais mon laptop et avancé dans un travail durant l'Attente

Just out of curiousity, how many people have really eaten food in Mexico, to be able to judge what is authentic or not? Seriously, Taco Bell is no worse than a billion fast food places existing in Montreal. "La Belle Province" chain
isn't exactly a genuine diner, but it is still very popular. I think TB will do very well in Montreal.

Tellement ! De la vrai cuisine sud americaine beaucoup plus authentique. Pas de la crap cheap americaniser a l'os pour le ti-clin moyen et sa tite famille qui pense se tapper un souper "exotique" :rolleyes: Ca, c'est a peu pres comme ceux qui pense qu'ils mangent italien quand ils vont chez Giorgio... :haha:

Noooo! tu veux dire Pacini.. with their authentic hot grill and all you can eat toast... with tub after tub of exotic margarines (and fruit flies). it's awesome when there's a ton of little bastards hogging the tongs and patiently burning their bread on the grill.. meanwhile you're standing there waiting for an opening, finally you get one but the little f*cks are still playing with the tongs while you wait, their greasy, margarine soaked hands contaminating everything.. Eventually in the end you have to flip the bread with your fingers and curse as you burn your fingerprints off.... sometimes I want to press a kid's face into the grill and just..

Well, i for one will NOT be eating any Taco bell shit! I can't stand that food, i'd much prefer make it myself, or buy something in a REAl mexican restaurant.
