where does this tower sit in downtown Bellevue again?

It looks like it is by the library. I recognize that reddish and yellow building behind it.

Here it is on bird's eye

Also just a side note - Hanover has listed the project name as Ten20. =)

Also has anyone noticed the large amount of work beginning over on the Vue site (20 story condo building) literally across the street? I tried to get some pictures of the site, but it was too dark. I saw diggin and also alot of site preperation.

Holy shit, are you saying ANOTHER tower has started in Bellevue?!

At whatever point we can count the residential part of Bravern, that would make 15 towers u-c. Since others should break ground before any of them complete, DT Bellevue might have 17-18 high-rises underway simultaneously at some point. That's astonishing when you consider that DT Bellevue CURRENTLY has 17-18 high-rises.

While DTB will never be a "real" downtown in every way, it's about to pass the centers of some pretty major cities in a lot of ways.

I havent seen any real work going on at the view site. Just some removal of vegitation and more and more construction trailers being installed.
I have seen lots of staging for "Ten-20" rebar.

Can someone please post the websites for these towers? Are they pre-sales? Thanks!

It sounds like they're just adding trailers for the Ten20 project.

At, this is on the NE corner of 12th and 108th. Drive by it every morning. Its been under construction for a few weeks now.

My god there are a lot of cranes in DT Bellevue right now given its size. Too bad DT Bellevue lacks in many cultural ammenities of say, Seattle, otherwise we'd have quite the pair across the water!

The Crane is back! I went for a walk tonight around downtown, and noticed a nice little red beacon high in the sky. I walked closer and saw that they put the crane back up! It was removed a few weeks back during the Bellevue crane inspections and this one was found to have cracks, so it was dismantled.

While I was in the area I walked by the Hanover to the West, the hole is being dug, and the walls are being shored up. won't be long till we see another crane for that project as well!

I see that the Belletini Crane came down today - that's one less crane in the skyline, but one project heading toward completion!

Looks like Hanover's project across the street from 1020, Vue-Hanover will be getting it's crane this weekend.

The following is from the City of Bellevue's website:

Southbound 108th Ave NE to close downtown Saturday

On Saturday, Feb. 10, from 3:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., the southbound lanes of 108th Avenue Northeast will be closed between Northeast 10th and Northeast 12th streets to allow for construction activities.

One lane of northbound traffic will be maintained. Drivers should expect heavy truck traffic in this area.

Give it some time. Let's draw conclusions when it's complete. I think the rusty red condo tower next door is ugly as the devil. At least the colors are neutral.

You can see part of 1020 exterior panels poking up into the skyline on the right

I think they have only one more level to go before topping this one out. The street it is has taken on a whole new feel to it especially since the other buliding across the street, forgot the name, is on the 6th floor.

cracks me up how you think it will "never" be a real downtown.... lol. you would have been laughed at if you would have said the same thing before dt seattle was a "real" dt.
