Description Architect: Marye, Alger & Vinour
Originally built as a four storey building; a fifth floor was added in 1950 and a sixth floor was added in 1967, along with north and west wings. This explains the differences between windows and the brick color on the building's two upper floors. A concrete clad addition was built to the north in 1972, along with a tall microwave transmission mast.
In 2011, the microwave transmission mast was removed from the roof of the building.
